BUG REPORTS
Help us understand the problem
Bug reports for TechStreamTV Media Server, Web UI, Windows Player, Android, Fire OS, and Roku can be submitted through TechStreamTV Support when those products apply. Include the product and version, your operating system or browser version, steps to reproduce the problem, what you expected to happen, what actually happened, and any useful log messages.
Before sending logs or screenshots:
remove passwords, API keys, media filenames, IP addresses, and any other
private information you do not want to share.
