TechStreamTV uses third-party software in several products. Those components remain covered by their own licences and terms.
TechStreamTV Media Server
TechStreamTV Media Server is a self-contained Windows application. Its database and runtime components include:

LibVLC and Microsoft WebView2 are used by TechStreamTV clients, not by the Media Server.

from the proprietary TechStream Client licence.

TechStreamTV Web UI
The default TechStreamTV Web UI is bundled with TechStreamTV Media Server. The following libraries are loaded from CDNs at runtime rather than included directly in the Media Server package:

TechStream.tv website
TechStream.tv loads Space Grotesk and JetBrains Mono from Google Fonts. Both font families use the SIL Open Font License 1.1 and are loaded as external website resources rather than included in TechStreamTV software.

This page provides a readable overview of third-party software used by
TechStreamTV. Software releases may also include their own
LICENSE, THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES, and component
licence files. Those files remain part of the applicable release terms.
Ownership
Third-party software remains owned by its respective rights holders and covered by its own licences. TechStreamTV-owned application code remains proprietary AbleStudio software. Use of a third-party component does not imply endorsement by its publisher.
