1. OWNERSHIP

TechStreamTV and its original, AbleStudio-owned components
are the exclusive property of AbleStudio.

The Software is licensed, not sold.
No ownership rights are transferred to you.

Third-party components remain the property of their respective
copyright holders and are governed by their applicable licenses.

See THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.txt for applicable third-party licenses
and attribution notices.


2. PERMITTED USE

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable,
revocable license to:

- Use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- Modify bundled Web Theme files for local customization
  within your own installation, subject to applicable
  third-party licenses.

Local customization does not grant permission to redistribute
AbleStudio-owned Web Themes or other proprietary components.

No other rights are granted to AbleStudio-owned Software.


3. PROHIBITED ACTIONS

Except as expressly permitted by this license or applicable law,
you may not:

- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to
  extract the source code of AbleStudio-owned Software.
- Modify, alter, or create derivative works of the executable
  or core application components.
- Distribute, share, publish, make available, or otherwise
  provide AbleStudio-owned Software, in whole or in part, in
  modified or unmodified form, to any third party.
- Sell, sublicense, lease, rent, host, or commercially exploit
  AbleStudio-owned Software.
- Repackage or distribute AbleStudio-owned Software under
  another name.
- Remove or alter applicable copyright or ownership notices.

These restrictions do not override rights granted under
applicable third-party licenses or rights that cannot lawfully
be restricted.

Unauthorized use of AbleStudio-owned Software constitutes
a violation of this license.


4. NO SOURCE CODE

AbleStudio-owned Software is distributed in compiled binary
form, except for bundled Web Theme resources and other files
expressly provided for local customization.

No rights to proprietary AbleStudio source code are granted
except as expressly stated in this license.

Third-party components remain subject to their own licenses.


5. TERMINATION

This license automatically terminates if you violate any
of its terms.

Upon termination, you must cease use and delete all copies
of AbleStudio-owned Software in your possession or control.

Termination does not revoke independent rights granted
under applicable third-party licenses.


6. DISCLAIMER

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW,
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY
KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.


7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW,
IN NO EVENT SHALL ABLESTUDIO BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES ARISING
FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.


8. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance
with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada
applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.


END OF LICENSE
